Are there any letters by line 1 like SCH 1145? Did you enter a 1098 for scholarship income?

Oh line 9 for 9767 is Total Income not Earned Income. The Standard Deduction is only line 1 $4806+350 = 5156.

By the way.....the 1098T goes on your return not hers. See the tips at the bottom of this FAQ

How old is she? Did she provide over half of her own support for the year?
