mortgage interest not correct on schedule A

I have only one 1098 entered and the mortgage interest is not correct on schedule a. my loan is $510,000 so not over the max. how do I fix it?

It depends. If you're MFS then the limit is only $375K. However, if that is not the case, then you will need to Contact Us so that an expert can review your entries directly.

I have the same problem but I am not able to contact you because when I search it just takes me to some IRS free file page.

If you're using TurboTax Online:

Sign in to your account (if you aren't already signed in).
