I'm a non resident - was not in the US for the whole of 2020. I did not have any income in US either. I wanted to submit 0 tax return. That's when Child Tax Credit came into picture. Since my son is a US Citizen, can I opt for CTC and EIP?

Thanks

Sivakumar
