topic Can claim the self-employed health insurance deduction for premiums paid for a former employer's group long-term-health insurance? in Deductions & credits

In one of the interview questions for self-employment income, I'm asked about long-term care insurance premiums. I entered the information here and TurboTax added this as an amount for Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction on Schedule 1.

However, in https://www.irs.gov/publications/p535#en_US_2020_publink1000208843 it seems to diverge from TurboTax's advice:

The insurance plan must be established, or considered to be established as discussed in the following bullets, under your business.

For self-employed individuals filing a Schedule C (Form 1040) or F (Form 1040), a policy can be either in the name of the business or in the name of the individual.

So, since the premiums we paid were to group long-term-care insurance plans established by our former employers (which I believe means in those cases that that employer is the sponsor?), and therefore not in the name of either my wife's self-employed business or in our own names as individuals, doesn't that mean we're not eligible for this credit?

Or ... is it considered "the name of the individual" since my wife and I are members of those employer groups (I kind of doubt that)
