You'll need to delete Form DR 0617, Innovative Motor Vehicle and Truck Credits, from the TurboTax program.

To delete Form DR 0617 in TurboTax Free Edition Online,

Open or continue your return in the TurboTax program.
In the left pane, select Tax Tools, and then Tools in the dropdown.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to Form DR 0617, Innovative Motor Vehicle and Truck Credits and follow the instructions.

Form DR 0617 is used to calculate any innovative motor vehicle and innovative truck credit that might be available for the purchase, lease, or conversion of certain qualifying motor vehicles.

This guidance did not work. One click away from wrapping up my taxes and it wont let me until , I either enter false information of edit that part which it will not allow me to.

In order to delete your form, you should be able to do the following:

Open your return.
Select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form. Your Form DR 0617 should be showing under your Colorado state income tax return.
Select Delete next to the form, schedule, and worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop you can go to "Tools" and then"Tax Summary" and a list will pop up. Scroll down to find your form. Select "Go to Form" and then at the bottom of your screen (left) select "Delete Form".
