I need to go back into the HSA section (withdrawing from my HSA) I have reviewed my return from the beginning and cannot find the section to update my orig answer.

The HSA interview can be found in Deluxe at Federal Taxes...

The HSA interview can be found in Deluxe at Federal Taxes->Deductions & Credits->Medical->HSA, MSA Contributions.

Note that on the Deductions & Credits screen, you may have to go down to the bottom and click on "All tax breaks" or "More tax breaks" to get all the categories (like Medical) to appear.
