Form 8936 Missing Fields

Hi I am working on form 8936. However there are two issues:

1. my electric vehicle is for personal use only but field 10 is filled.

2. Field 16 and 17 are left empty.

Are those issues fine or should I manually edit the form?

Everything is fine with your form. No editing is required.

The IRS version of Form 8936 shows a pre-printed amount on line 10 for both columns, so that field would not be editable at all.

Also, since section II was not filled in with details for business use, lines 16 and 17 should be blank according to the instruction on line 15.
