Just enter the box 12 items exactly as they appear on your W-2.

If box 12 is blank, that's okay -- not everyone will have amounts in the box. If there are multiple codes & amounts, then you'll list each one in the box 12 entry area in TurboTax (you'll notice the entry area allows for multiple inputs, each on a separate line).
