I am not aware of a sign-up link for this issue but I am aware of a fix. I had one of my clients tell me this may be a rounding issue. Instead of entering amounts containing decimals, use whole numbers. For any decimal amount .51 of higher, round up to the nearest dollar. If .50 or below, round down to the nearest number.

IRS prefers whole numbers rather than decimals.

Thanks. The message vanished the next time I signed in. Doesn't inspire confidence in the TurboTax software :(
