      <description>&lt;P&gt;If they came out of your Social Security benefits, they are already listed on your SSA-1099, so don't enter them again.&amp;nbsp; But if you paid them directly yourself, go to Federal &amp;gt; Deductions and Credits &amp;gt; Medical.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
