    <description>It said it is better to take the standard but did not give me the option of choosing it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;When I review, it still have my itemized medical expenses listed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you mean the Standard Deduction, as there is no "Standard Medical Deduction."&amp;nbsp; TT will give you the better of Standard or Itemized.&amp;nbsp; But leave your medical expenses in there, as they may transfer over to State and benefit you there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
