      <description>You could try 3 things.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(1) add the box 12 code W amount on another W2 for the same person.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(2) enter $1.00 wages on the zero wages W2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(3) In the medical deduction section, HSA/MSA contributions, you can answer 'Yes' to the question, "Did your employer tell you about any other contributions," then on the following page put this in the box titled:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Employer and payroll contributions not reported Box 12 of your W-2." Then, omit the actual W2 entry.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recommend (3) first.</description>
