<title>topic Mortgage interest statement in Deductions &amp; credits</title>
    <link>https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-credits-deductions/discussion/mortgage-interest-statement/01/1918359#M181074</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I refinanced my home this year. I received 3 separate mortgage interest statements. One is from the original loan company, the second is from the bank that approved the refinance loan, and the third is from the final mortgage company that bought the loan. I paid the bank that approved the loan the first house payment. I received that interest statement for the payment I made. The final mortgage company (PennyMac) sent me the mortgage interest statement for the remainder of the year. TurboTax keeps wanting me to fill in information on the bank mortgage interest statement that is not on the form. I filled the information in exactly as the statement has it. TurboTax will not file my final federal return due to it not being corrected. What do I need to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
