Filling out Turbo Tax Premier 2020. Filing as Single and it says I'm getting the "Standard Deduction" It shows up on line 12 of the 1040 form as $1,100 not $12,400. Is this a bug?

Are you being claimed as someone else's dependent?

The standard deduction amount for an individual who may be claimed as a dependent by another taxpayer cannot exceed the greater of $1,100 or the sum of $350 and the individual’s earned income (not to exceed the regular standard deduction amount).

Yes, this seems like the issue. If you check the box that someone CAN claim you as a dependent it doesn't make a difference which sub-box gets selected (they will claim or they wont claim).

thanks for the feedback
