    <description>As our settlement (MSA) states that he can claim them as long as in line with current tax law. From what I read (help!) - it appears that the property tax deduction should be split equally as both of us are on the deed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As was mentioned, you can each deduct the amount you actually pay.&amp;nbsp; It is not automatically 50/50, it is the amount you pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
