You need your 2018 AGI to e-file your 2019 return. That AGI is how the IRS verifies your identity as the same person who filed using the same Social Security number for 2018 and 2019. If you cannot find your return you can get a transcript from the IRS or you can try using zero. If zero does not let you e-file you will have to print sign and mail your 2019 return.

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/00/27010/message-id/746

You can get a free transcript from the IRS:

The first time you e-filed a tax return, you selected your own 5-digit e-filing PIN to verify your identity. If you know that PIN, you can use it for every tax return you file. If you don't know your 5-digit PIN, you must use your prior year adjusted gross income to verify your identity. If you don't have a copy of your tax return, follow the instructions given to get a transcript from the IRS.
