topic AMT in Deductions & credits

I just completed my 2019 return. I don't recall being prompted by TT to look at Form 8801, credit for prior year minimum tax. I was an ATM taxpayer in 2018.

Shouldn't I have been prompted or did I miss it?

see if the form is in your return. TT would normally transfer the 2018 - 6251 data to the 2019 - 8801 (provided you chose to transfer 2018 data when first starting 2019
