I’ve been working for the past 10 years but I have not filed taxes. Who can I ask for help with this situation or where can I go?

This sounds like a project. I suggest you contact a professional tax preparer. They will get transcripts for each year showing what the IRS has recorded as income. They can then give you an informed answer as to what to do.
