MY TURBO TAX WILL NOT LET ME ENTER MY REALESTATE TAXES DEDUCTIONS

Try the following.

Select the Personal tab and select Deductions & Credits
If you have already input information, you should be able to see the section titled Your Home
Select Property Taxes - start
Proceed through the screens until you see the input section to amounts paid.

This will then pull into the applicable tax forms. 

Please be aware the overall itemized deduction allowed for taxes is limited to  $10,000.  Anything above this amount is not deductible.

Desktop Windows software?

IF you see a "$0" (not just a "$") that it won't let you change...try a double-click on it. (Might be a "Supporting Details" sheet attached)
