Is it possible you made an estimated payment or had your 2018 refund applied to 2019? Once you pay, you will have access to all your worksheets.

Thank you for your response. Sorry it too me so long to reply, as you are aware, a lot is going on.

Yes, I made estimated payments, and these are listed in my Tax Breaks section as well, but the amounts are different, with estimated payments being about 6xs the "Income taxes paid" so not even these match. Any other ideas?

Thank you!

Review the actual tax return to see exactly what that is ... post back if here is a line you do not understand ..

You can peek at only the Federal form 1040 and the summary of the state info by going here:

1) lower- Left side of the screen...click to the left side of the "Tax Tools" text selection.
2) then select "Tools"
3) then select "View Tax Summary" from the pop-up
4) then back to the left-side and "Preview 1040"

Then hit the "Back" on the left side to get back to your tax entries.

To view your entire return using the online editions (including the state) before you file, you will need to pay for your online account.

To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card, without completing the 2019 return at this time, click on Tax Tools >>> Tools and then Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Continue. On the next screen it will ask if you want Audit Defense, if you do not want this option just click on the Continue button. The next screen will ask for all your credit card information so you can pay for the account.

As long as you made the Estimated taxes payment entries already, and they are shown separately on your menu page..

...the "Income Taxes Paid" includes any of the following (and possibly a few more).

1) Total of all 2019 W-2 withholding for Fed + State + Local USA taxes (but you indicated you had no 2019 W2s).

PLUS

2) Any Federal extension payment you might have already made for 2019...if you've already filed an extension

PLUS

3) Any 2018 + any 2019 (USA) State or local extension payments you made....either tax year.

Plus

4) any balance due paid to (USA) State or Local tax people for 2018 taxes paid in 2019.

Plus

5) any part of Federal or State (or local) USA refunds from your 2018 taxes that you let them keep towards 2019 taxes last year.

___________________________

So one or more of those might match your situation and lead to the total you see on that line.
