    <description>I have a mutual fund that seems to have invested in something outside the US last year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Now I have $7.00 in foreign taxes, and I can't figure out how to just let whoever got them have it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Is there some way to just skip that part?</description>
