Edit information in Box 16 Schedule K-1

I have tried to edit information entered in Box 16 of 
Schedule K-1 without success.  I cannot edit, delete, 
nor over ride information once entered.  Is there a 
legitimate reason for this or is there a problem with 
Turbo Tax?  Are there any procedures to correct this 
problem?

You need to enter a code for the box 16 entry. If you entered one in error and need to delete it, you need to click on the column where you entered the code and scroll to the top of the list of codes, where you will see a blank entry. Click on the blank entry and then you can delete the amount entered.

If that doesn't work, you need to delete the K-1 entry and re-enter it.

I have an entry in Box 16 Code I. When I do the smart check for Federal Return it is giving an error stating that there is an entry in column 3 without any Foreign Income. How do I correct this?
