Mobile Home Lot Rent Deduction

Can I claim the lot rent fee as a deduction from my mobile home trailer park on taxes? I own the mobile home but only pay for the lot rent fee. I pay for the gas, electric, water and trash. I am in Maryland.

Yes, you can deduct mobile home lot rent on your state return for Maryland.
