I am trying to add my daughter's tuition fees. However my daughter is 24 but still my dependent. Where can I enter her current charges for the 2019 school year

You will enter these under Deductions & Credits and then Education. Click Start next to Expenses and Scholarships and follow the prompts.

It is saying myself as the student not my daughter?

If you already started posting your information you see that the tuition may not have been posted.
Continue through the questions until you come to Your Education Expense Summary

You will be able to add your 1098-T information here.
