      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;, you can deduct your personal property tax for your car, if you qualify to itemize your deductions. In order to itemize your deductions, you would need to have certain personal expenses such as medical and dental expenses, mortgage interest, real estate taxes, and charitable contributions that when combined together would total more than your standard deduction.
