We live together, and have separate bank accounts and CCs. She makes less than 39k and I make over 50k. She pays for day care, medical bills, formula, diapers.. She plans on claiming the baby and getting EITC since she takes on all the finances for the baby. I do however pay more than half the mortgage, the utility bills, and repairs to the house. I am just wondering if me filing HOH will be an issue, or if even possible.
