      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, you do.&amp;nbsp; The IRS says that any depreciation "allowed or allowable" is to be recaptured.&amp;nbsp; This means that even if you didn't take the deduction, it still has to be reported as it was "allowed" to be taken.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
