      <description>&lt;P&gt;The amount of your charitable contributions may be limited.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Charitable contributions are limited to 50% of your Adjusted Gross Income. With that limitation, you may not exceed the Standard Deduction with your Itemized Deductions and that would be why you see no change in your refund.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seemed like the software was not taking into account the carryovers. Where it should have been, it wasn’t UNTIL i bailed out of EASY STEP and looked at forms and then it magically appeared in EASY STEP. Go figure. Must have been handled in an update and/or software glitch. It did register the deduction but just didn’t show the data at first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
