You can claim the Lifetime Learning Credit without a 1098-T, but not the American Opportunities Credit.

I'm not sure what you mean 'you mistakenly filed a 1098-T'.

This should not slow down your return, but you will want to correct it so you don't get an IRS notice once they are not able to match your numbers with the numbers reported to them by the school.

Q. I mistakenly filed a 1098-T will this cause my refund to be held/ under review?

A. No (straightforward answer}. Little explanation: Nothing you described will hold up your refund.

That said, you need to get a better handle on your situation. You cannot "mistakenly file a 1098-T". You enter the 1098-T and the TurboTax (TT) interview determines if you are qualified for a tuition credit (or have taxable scholarship).

"I do have the correct form". What correct form? Usually the 1098-T is the only educational form.
