Here's how to link It's Deductible into your TurboTax Account

Open or continue your return.
Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
Then, choose Federal, and Deductions & Credits.
Scroll down and select Charitable Donations, then Import from ItsDeductible Online.
You'll be asked if you have an ItsDeductible account.

yes but it will not import its deductible says “connection problem"

I can log on to my its deducible account outside of turbo but it won’t link inside turbo???

Try clearing your cache/cookies and then try to connect within Turbo Tax.
