its deductible import error

I'm using cd download version of 2019 TT Premier and have a Mac running Catalina OS 10.15.3. I continually get an error when trying to import from It's Deductible. can anyone provide an answer to the issue or how to get around??

If you get a blank screen or Internet connection error (pictured below) when attempting to import your charitable donations from ItsDeductible into TurboTax for Mac, you'll need to reset your Mac Keychain.

Same error. tried your proposed solution. Unfortunately it does not work. Spent 2.5 hours with Turbotax support with no luck focussing on accounts. Also, tried starting a new tax form and and still no luck. it's not an account issue. hope to resolve soon.

tried this 2 doesn't work at all remove program, reboot, reinstall, nothing. get the same error message when I try to import from its deductbible.

This didn’t work at all. What a waste of time. I expect this product to perform as advertised. I didn’t’ want to wast my time inputting charitable contribution only to redo the whole exercise again. For the money we pay for this product it better work.

For Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6 users
Follow Instructions 1 - 3.
Then for instruction 4, In Finder, select the Go menu at top and then select Go to Folder....
Type ~/Library/Application Support/ Turbo Tax 20xx and select Go. Select the TurboTax * 20xx directory if it appears and delete AuthorizationClientContext.plist. If AuthorizationClientContext.plist appears without a directory, delete or send to trash and empty trash.
follow the rest of the instructions to restart computer.
this worked for me along with an hour on the phone with Jean from support who was very helpful.
