What payroll deductions are pre-tax for federal, state and FICA?

Dear experts,

What payroll deductions are pre-tax for federal, state and FICA? I have jobs in NJ and MD and I request your help with the following questions.

I make payroll contributions to:

401K
Health insurance premiums
Dependent care FSA

Which of the above deductions are Federal, FICA and State income (mainly NJ and MD) tax-exempt?

Why do you need to know? If you are trying to enter your W2 info from your paystub don't do that. You can't figure it out from that. You have to enter the actual W2. It won't match your paycheck.

This is not for my W2 or tax filing purposes. I am trying to estimate my paycheck using a calculator so I can plan accordingly.
