&lt;P&gt;The costs associated with a mortgage that are deductible are mortgage interest, property taxes, and mortgage insurance premiums.&amp;nbsp; In order to deduct these items, you would have to take Itemized Deductions on your return instead of the Standard Deduction.&lt;/P&gt;
