      <description>&lt;P&gt;One possibility why you did not receive Earned Income Credit is if you earned more than the limit for 2019.&amp;nbsp; With one child you would need to earn less than $41,094 to qualify for Earned Income Credit.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The other possibility is that you have not answered all of the questions so that the program knows you qualify for Earned Income Credit.&amp;nbsp; Please review and make sure you have answered all of the questions about claiming your daughter as a dependent, that she lived with you for all 12 months of the year, etc.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Log into your TurboTax Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Click on the Magnifying Glass in the upper right hand corner&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Type Earned Income Credit into the box that shows on the right hand side&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Click on the first entry to jump to the Earned Income Credit questions.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Or....are you confusing earned income credit with the child tax credit?&amp;nbsp; You lose the child tax credit in the year a child turns 17.&amp;nbsp; Sounds like she turned 17 in March of 2019.&lt;/P&gt;
