Yes, you can add your child on your tax return provided your child is your dependent. While in TurboTax follow these steps:

Select Personal Info,
Select Continue,
Select Add a dependent.

For more information on whether you can claim your child or not, refer to IRS Publication 17, page 24.

@09519 If you have NOT e-filed yet you can add your child in My Info. If you already e-filed, you will have to wait until the return has been fully processed and amend the return to add a dependent.
