I only have medical travel expenses for transit fares. However, when I try to enter zero miles for automobile miles driven, it accept only transit costs and proceed to the next page even though I never drove a car to an appointment. I entered one mile, and that worked, but why won't it allow zero miles driven? Not everyone drives.

Do not enter anything. The best approach is to leave the line blank; do not enter zero. Enter your medical transit expenses under "Other (bus, parking, taxi, etc.) and click Continue.
