If you are asking for information on how to file a foreign return, you would have to contact their taxing body or whoever helps to prepare or file taxes in that country.

Yes, you can use TurboTax Online to file your US tax return using any of our TurboTax products here.

To report your foreign income, go to the foreign income section of TurboTax:

Open your return and click on Search on the top of your screen.
In the Search box, type foreign income and click on the magnifying glass icon on the right
Click on the link Jump to foreign income
TurboTax will take you to a section where you can follow the interview to enter your foreign income.
