So since the new w4 no longer uses allowances. How do you adjust your withholdings. Specifically in the past I could claim 99 and not pay any tax for that check. How would you do that on the new form?

Thanks. But that applies to the 2019 w4. The 2020 w4 doesn't deal with allowances.

Do you have a blank W4? It has instructions

I noticed that there is no place to enter "allowances" on the new W4. Why does Turbo Tax keep kicking the form back and saying allowances must be entered?

With the new W4 form, personal allowances aren't addressed anymore. Perhaps Turbo Tax did not update their program to reflect this. Instead of trying to complete this through Turbo Tax, please use this link to download a W4 and fill it out to submit to your employer. This link has a copy of the W4 complete with the instructions.
