      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should only use the FSA for the amount you will be out of pocket after any discounts or rebates are applied.&amp;nbsp; So if the drug costs $20 and the rebate is $5 then all you can take from the FSA is $15.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
