The 2019 software hasn't been updated with all the new amounts yet. The early releases of the new software are known to be preliminary and incomplete. It will be refined by numerous updates over the next couple of months before it is really ready to use. The IRS has not yet issued Form 8962 for 2019. TurboTax has to wait until the IRS issues the official form. One of the updates will fix it. You can't file your tax return until sometime in January anyway. And you cannot complete your tax return and file it until you have all your W-2s, 1099s, and other tax documents.

Form 8962 still using $24,600 for federal poverty line. Shouldn’t it be $25,750.00 for 2019? Messing up my preliminary calculations
