      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the nonprofit organization is a "qualified charitable organization" such as a 501(c)(3) or a church or public educational facility, etc., then Yes you can include what you gift back to them as a charitable contribution.&amp;nbsp; But remember, charitable contributions are just one of several itemized deductions.&amp;nbsp; The total of your itemized deductions must be greater than your standard deduction to be of any tax benefit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
