      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. If you *both* will be classified as&amp;nbsp; resident aliens in the U.S. "BEFORE" the end of the 2019 tax year then you can use TurboTax to file your joint return. The program has no issues with you reporting all of your worldwide income from all sources on planet earth.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi! We will both pass the Substantial Presence Test by the end of 2019 and according to my calculations, it will be better to chose to be considered Resident Alien rather then dual status alien for the year. We are from Brazil and we are here since February on L1/2 Visa. My wife does not work, therefore, there is good advantage in filling as Married Filling Together.</description>
