If you need blank 2015 New York State Fiduciary Forms go here - https://www.tax.ny.gov/forms/prvforms/fiduciary_forms_2015.htm

If you want to use TurboTax for an Estate and Trust return you will need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer the 2015 Business Edition (not the Home & Business edition) from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2015/

You would then need to purchase the New York State Business program from within the installed Business Edition. Click on Online. Click on Download State
