    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand it has to be for your principal residence...can't be for new construction...has a lifetime limit of $200 for windows...but I can't find anything that determines whether low E glass is enough to qualify.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
