      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe you mean how is the tax on your stimulus payments reflected on your state form OR-40?&amp;nbsp;It would be listed as a component of your federal tax liability subtraction listed on line 10 of form OR-40. If a a portion or all of your stimulus money is taxable, it would be entered as a reduction of your federal tax liability, which would otherwise be fully deductible.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There should be a worksheet in your printout form TurboTax that shows how the&amp;nbsp;amount of your federal tax liability subtraction was calculated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OREGON explicitly taxes your rebate credit, if your income is high enough to trigger that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is calculated on&amp;nbsp; the tax liability subtraction worksheet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's not much you can do, so try not to think about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
