      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are going to file a part year PA return and a part year NJ return. &amp;nbsp;You will want to do your PA return first.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since you worked in NJ while you were a PA resident, you would say YES, you had NJ source income while a non-resident.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your prompt response. But my thought was because PA and NJ are reciprocal states and the only source of income are wages....then does a non-resident return need to be done or just the part year? 100% of the wages were earned in NJ but 100% of the withholding was PA even though I moved to NJ part way through the year. If I answer ....if I answer NO to “do you &amp;nbsp;have NJ source income while a non-resident then I end up with only a part year return in PA and NJ. Does that question EXCLUDE wages earned in a state with reciprocity?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
