    <description>&lt;P&gt;Correct.&amp;nbsp; You only need to file a Georgia state tax return.&amp;nbsp; Tennessee does not have an income tax (except for certain investment income), so you don't need to file with them.&amp;nbsp; Since you are a resident of Georgia, all of your income is taxable by Georgia, even if it was earned in another state.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My home state is Georgia.&amp;nbsp; I attend college in Tennessee and have a job as a RA for the dorms.&amp;nbsp; The University sent me a W2 listing GA as the state with the employers state id no.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No mention of TN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does that mean I just have to file a GA return?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
