Can do I file without the Homestead form and credit?

I do not have a rent certificate and I am not requesting Homestead credit.

It depends. You will need to go back through your state return and remove the entry made regarding the homestead credit. In fact, I suggest removing the state return and then reenter. if in Turbo Tax online.

Log into Turbo Tax
Select state on the left hand side.
When you get to the section that shows the state, delete it with the trash icon.
Reenter the state again and the information will flow to your Turbo Tax return.
Do not enter information regarding the homestead Credit again.

Hello, I deleted my homestead form but the state still received homestead information from my return. How can find assistance on correctly filling it out? Is there a questionaire that I can use that will fill out the form for me?

There are multiple states with homestead credit. Some of them can be filed online. You can contact the Department of Revenue For additional help, reply with your state.
