      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will enter the New York IT 2663 as an Estimated Payment.&amp;nbsp; (See below).&amp;nbsp; You will have to pay New York nonresident tax on the transaction.&amp;nbsp; You will also have to report the sale on your Alabama resident tax return. but you will be able to take a credit for any taxes paid to New York so you will not be double taxed,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was of the understanding that estimated taxes paid with N.Y. It2663 was a user tax for non residents and would not apply to the N. Y. Income tax when I apply it to estimates it gives me a partial refund of that money and uses part of it for N.Y. Income taxes. Therefore&amp;nbsp; I am baffled how to apply it to my taxes. I paid a rate of .08825 on profit when the deed was recorded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
