Hi, I'm looking for some help. I sold some stocks and stocks I held from my ESPP. I definitely accounted for it properly and went back and reviewed my inputs. For some reason though, my state (NJ) is being calculated as $1. How can i tell if there's an issue with the software or my calculation?

if you reported capital gains on Schedule D,

the net amount, but no less than zero, goes to NJ-1040 line 19

Thank you so much for responding, this helps.

Any thoughts on if the $1 showing on my NJ form is software error or if I did something wrong?
